Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, with original packaging and labels intact. Prescription medications cannot be returned once dispensed.
How to Return
1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number
2. We'll provide a return authorization and instructions
3. Drop off at our pharmacy or arrange a pickup
4. Refund is processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the return
Refund Details
Refunds are issued via Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo) or to your original payment method. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We offer product exchanges subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange and we'll deliver the new item as soon as we receive the original.
Non-Returnable Items
Prescription medications and personal care items cannot be returned once opened or dispensed. Over-the-counter medications may be returned if unopened and in original packaging.
